Trap checking service

One of our most common activities is the revision and checking of steam traps and steam-condensate installations.

Apart from elaborating the corresponding report about the state of the steam traps, with recommendations on them, and as a result of our visit to the plant we usually issue a report with proposals for energy saving and optimisation of the installation.

Improvements in the boiler room, actions in processes or steam distribution lines and condensate return are the objective of our report, with amortization plans and return of the investments made.

The result is a reduction in fuel expenditure, improved process performance and a lower allocation of expenses per product unit.
