Direct steam inyection sanitary humidifier DSHS
The presence of chemicals used in steam boiler water treatment can have toxic effects on human health. In some countries regulations have come into force so that only clean steam is used for humidification purposes.
The ADCAPure DSHS series of hygienic direct steam injection humidifiers are designed to ensure highly efficient and moisture-free injection of clean steam into air ducts and AHUs for humidification purposes.
These units are completely fabricated from 316L stainless steel, and are available as plug and play solutions or as individual components to be incorporated into humidification systems.
Each humidifier is manufactured as a custom solution to meet flow rate and duct design requirements with single or multiple injection tubing.

- Horizontal or vertical (pointing upwards) installation in horizontal air ducts.

- Assembly and packaging in a clean room certified to ISO 14644-1.
The product is then capped and sealed with recyclable shrink film to avoid contamination.
