Hygienic ball valves true bore (2.1/2” – 4” ASME BPE) M3H
M3H three-piece ball valves are isolation valves designed for use with clean steam, condensate and other gases and liquids used in high purity and aseptic processes.
The valve is not designed as a control valve and should only be used as an isolation valve, fully open or closed.
The product is designed primarily for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, cosmetics, fine chemicals, food and beverage industries.
- A351 CF3M Body and ends in 351 CF3M with ferrite content of less than 2% and low sulfur between 0.005 and 0.017%.
- Can be repaired without removal from the pipeline.
- Welding of loose body flanged pipes (360º rotation after installation).
