Pilot operated pressuere reducing valve PRV57 DN15-100

ADCA PRV57 pilot operated pressure reducing valves are designed for use with steam, compressed air, nitrogen and other gases compatible with materials of construction.

PRV57 can be installed in pressure reducing stations in all industries, and provide sensitive and accurate control even when inlet pressure fluctuations or relevant flow variations occur.

  • Accurate control of downstream pressures from 0.07 bar to 17 bar.
  • Robust steel or stainless steel construction.
  • Suitable for dead-end conditions.
  • Guided piston and valve stem.
  • Hardened stem tip.
  • Soft plug
  • Low pressure top end.
  • Dome version.
  • Bottom cap drain connection.
  • Stellited plug and seat.
  • Internal detection line.

  • Saturated steam, compressed air and other gases compatible with construction (excluding oxygen).

  • PRV57, PRV57E - steel steam versions.
  • PRV57i, PRV57iE - stainless steel steam versions (only available from DN 15 to DN 50).
  • PRV57G, PRV57GE - steel versions for compressed air and gases.
  • PRV57Gi, PRV57GiE - stainless steel versions for compressed air and gases (only available from DN 15 to DN 50).
  • Suffix E: version with solenoid valve for remote remote shut-off.
  • PRS: All the above models are available with an optional lift valve pilot, e.g. PRS57G (see fig. 8).

  • DN 15 to DN 100.

  • Flange EN 1092-1 PN 16 or PN 40.
  • Standard flanges PN 16 DN 65 are supplied with 4 orifices. 8 orifices, according to EN 1092-1, on request.

  • Horizontal installation, see IMI -
  • In steam applications, a Y-strainer, a moisture separator and a steam trap must be installed.
