Sanitary pressure reducing valves P163

The ADCAPure P163 is a series of direct acting in-line diaphragm in-line pressure reducing valves. 

These regulators, available with spring or dome loading, are designed for use with clean steam, compressed air, water and other gases or liquids compatible with the valve's materials of construction and design. 

  • Spring-loaded or dome-loaded. 
  • Non-rising adjustment knob. 
  • Compact in-line design with clamped body. 
  • FDA / USP Class VI compliant seals. 
  • Fully machined from bar stock, no castings or forgings are used.

STANDARD SURFACE FINISH 

  • Internal wetted parts: ≤ 0.51 micron Ra - SF1. 
  • Outer: ≤ 0.76 micron Ra - SF3.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Leakage line connection. 
  • Dome loading. 
  • Top cap (adjusting screw with cover). 
  • Pressure gauge connection on the body. 
  • Locking system, allows in-line cleaning in place (CIP) and sterilisation in place (SIP) operations. 
  • Bottom lid with drain connection. 
  • Different soft seals for liquids and gases. 
  • Degreasing for oxygen application.
