Automatic air and gas vents for liquid systems AE49.2 (Stainless steel 21/2” x 11/2”, 3” x 11/2”, DN 65 x DN 40 and DN 80 x DN 40)

The AE49.2 range of automatic deaerators are designed to remove air or gases from water and other liquid systems, without requiring any external power source.

They are capable of handling large loads during start-up as well as smaller loads in continuous, modulating operation with a single orifice.

These floating float type traps are manufactured in stainless steel, available with soft seating, and can be used in combination with other air removal and separation systems or directly applied at high points in distribution piping.

  • Suitable for start-up and continuous operation with a single orifice.
  • Allow for quick and easy in-line maintenance.
  • Corrosion resistant internal parts.
  • No balancing tube required
  • Various soft sealing options.

  • Cold, hot and superheated water or other liquids compatible with construction.

  • AE49.2-5, 10, 20, 20, 28 and 32 - stainless steel.
